At the moment of booking, you are required to pay a deposit of 30% of your total due by bank transfer/paypal/sumup.
Payment of the balance is required at the arrival.
A final cleaning fee is already included in the price of the apartment.
Small size pets are welcome. We require 30 euro per animal per week.

All the apartments have a kitchen, heating, fireplace (except “Il Grottino”) bed-linens, bath towels, kitchenware, TV, wifi connection. In addition, we provide a tourist book of information as a courtesy.
Amenities include:
Breakfast served at our restaurant "La Luna Nel Pozzo" from 8am to 10am.
Swimming-pool, for exclusive use by our guests (max. 19 people), to enjoy and relax.
Garden in the village : garden with tables for exclusive use by our guests ... 50 m from the apartments.
The restaurant “LA LUNA NEL POZZO” is open to the public, so reserving is advisable: meals aren’t included in the price of the apartment.
All apartments have autonomus heating. Guests are responsible for payment at the moment of departure. Please note: heating costs are not included in the quoted price. Cost will be measured according to the amount consumed on the time-metter. Prices range from 4,00 to 5,00 euro per hour according to dimensions of the apartment (Upon arrival, there is approx 18°C – 64,4° F room temperature).
